Refund Policy

Live Events & Pay-Per-View

All sales are final once a live stream begins. Refunds are available up to 1 hour before the scheduled event start time by emailing support@adastra.tv.

VIP Memberships

You may cancel your VIP membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end date. We do not prorate partial months or years.

Season Passes

Season passes are refundable up to 24 hours before the first event of the season. Once the first event has aired, the pass is non-refundable.

Merchandise

Merchandise refunds and returns are handled through our Shopify store. See the return policy at checkout for details.
