- Account: email address, display name, and password (hashed).
- Purchases: billing details processed by Stripe (memberships/PPV) and Shopify (merchandise). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage: pages viewed, predictions cast, and basic device information.
How We Use It
- Provide streaming access, memberships, and merchandise.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, event reminders).
- Improve the platform and prevent fraud/abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service (Stripe, Shopify, our hosting and analytics providers) and when required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@adastra.tv.
